This page has been created to inform Sports Teams of the precautions Browns Sports Resort is taking to optimize the safety of all of our guests. We will continue to monitor the situation and up-to-date recommendations by the local health authorities.

Our private, enclosed resort has a total area of 53,000 m2 offering open spaces with only 31 units, naturally allowing for comfortable social distancing from other guests.
Entrance to our resort is exclusive to resident guests and our health club members.
Horizontally designed resort comprised of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units, each with their own private outside area overlooking the gardens.
All clients are asked to make sure that we have their updated contact details.
We ask that all of our guests, please respect the health & safety guidelines on display throughout the complex. Example: Washing your hands or using hand sanitizer before and after exercising.
The use of a face mask is required in all indoor public areas. Once at the reserved sport facility, masks may temporarily be removed while exercising
There must be 2 meters distance between people (reception, bar, common areas, etc.)
To encourage clients to reduce transactions as much as possible, QR-codes have been created for documents such as menus in our Bar & Restaurant, Fitness classes in our Health Club.
Together with our partner transfer company, teams will be welcomed to Portugal with safety as our number one priority.
Entrance into the resort for teams has always been at a separate entrance, avoiding having to go through Reception. When teams arrive, they are welcomed in an outside area and shown to their villas.
Teams will be requested to acknowledge the resort’s hygiene and safety protocols and sign a personal good health declaration form.
Our housekeeping team have been trained to follow and respect the highest cleaning, hygiene, and disinfection protocols, using the Health Authorities’ recommended cleaning products.
Gloves and face masks have become the regular attire for our housekeeping.
Furniture in public areas will be spaced out to allow for social distancing.
Use of Sporting facilities are by reservation only - All facilities used will have a minimum of 20 minutes in between reservations to allow for cleaning and appropriate air circulation.
Teams have always been catered to in our private team restaurant. Dining times are scheduled with the teams’ manager to allow for adequate cleaning and set-up prior to every meal.
Our kitchen has always followed the stringent health and safety standards to comply with the national and HACCP regulations regarding prevention, action and training.
